Coordinating a wedding at an established venue, in comparison to coordinating a wedding on a private property is a whole different process. Private property events are a lot more work, and I recommend you charge accordingly. A high percentage of private property weddings include a tent, thus a lot more set up and logistics are handed to the coordinator. How to Execute an Earth Friendly & Eco-Conscious Wedding Editorial
Connect with earth consious vendors
Start by finding a venue that has eco conscious practices or a scenic spot in nature. To make your shoot eco-friendly you must find florist who can source locally grown flowers. They must be able to create arrangements and installations without using floral foam. You need a stationery artist who can source eco conscious papers. A cake artist who locally sources their ingredients or makes vegan cakes. A décor company who supplies linens in eco conscious materials. An ethical jeweller is important. Locally made wedding items (veil, ring box, favours), and ethically made outfits for your models too. Don’t forget to find a cruelty free and/or vegan hair and makeup team too.
Common Branding Mistakes
Let your brand develop naturally and organically. Buying followers, posting fake reviews and promising services that you can’t deliver on will eventually catch up to you.
