Wedding Coordinator and Planner Certification Registration Details:
Course fee:
$999 Canadian Funds (Register and pay below) ($899 for online correspondence course)
This fee includes all Course Instruction, Course Textbook, Examinations, and a Certification from WPIC with an official sealed Certificate of Achievement (if all requirements are met).
Registration
In order to complete your Registration, each person must fill out the Registration Form (below). If your Registration Form was received successfully, you will receive an email from us letting you know. If you do not receive this email immediately, we did not receive your registration form.
Admittance Requirements:
Registration to this program is open to anyone over the age of 18, with interest in the Wedding Planning and Coordination field. You are required to fill out a Registration Form. We reserve the right to deny Registration to anyone known to not uphold the Standards and Ethics of The Wedding Planners Institute of Canada Inc.
Due to the intense, content-rich nature of the course, students must be in attendance for the full in-class lectures or complete all webinars, to receive certification.
Payment Terms:
The fee includes a $100 non-refundable Registration Fee. The entire fee is due 10 business days prior to the course start date. Payment confirms your registration. If you have submitted a Registration Form, but have not paid, you are not registered for the course and a spot will not be held for you.
Payment Options:
Payment is due 10 days before the start of class and can be made through: Email Funds Transfer; Certified Cheque; Money Order; or Credit Card (through the PayPal link via the Registration Form).
1. Credit Card:
The Registration Form will open a PayPal window when you submit your form.
*Please note, the registration form is only set up to charge the full class fee, if you wish to only put the $100 down at this time, fill out the registration form, submit it, and then close the PayPal window. Please email us at info@wpic.ca to send you a PayPal Invoice.
2. Email Money Transfer:
Please send payment to: payments@wpic.ca, and make the security answer: wedding.
Please include your name and the class date in memo section so that we can match your payment to your Registration Form.
3. A Money Order can be mailed to:

*Please indicate your Registered Name and course when mailing in Money Orders so it can be applied to your Registration.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be given provided notice is given in writing to info@wpic.ca, no less than 5 business days PRIOR to the course start date. All funds will be returned except the $100 registration fee. There will be no refunds of the course fee once the class has begun. If you wish to transfer to another course date, you may do so with written confirmation and no penalties.
