Danielle Andrews, BA (WPIC Co-Founder)
Named one of the “Top 20 Most Fascinating Women in Events 2017” by Canadian Special Events Magazine.
Danielle has been a certified wedding consultant, coordinator and planner since 2000. She has owned and operated The Wedding Planners, and coordinated hundreds of weddings and international events since that time.
You have seen Danielle giving expert wedding advice on countless television shows such as Canada AM, Breakfast Television, Good Morning Canada, to name just a few. She has written articles for Today’s Bride and has been quoted in most wedding magazines and major newspapers in Canada, the United States and across the Caribbean. Weddings and events she has worked on are regularly featured in media outlets around the world such as Style Me Pretty, Elegant Wedding, The Frosted Petticoat, The Wedding Opera, Poptastic Bride and Bride in Italy.
Danielle has planned weddings, events and conferences in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Cuba, a Caribbean cruise, The Bahamas, Barbados, Dominican Republic, St. Lucia, Turks & Caicos, Jamaica, a European cruise, Italy, and Ireland.
In addition to planning weddings, teaching WPIC courses and planning events for WPIC Alumni, Danielle regularly speaks at Wedding and Event Industry conferences.

Tracey Manailescu (WPIC Co-Founder)

Tracey has been consulting on, planning and coordinating hundreds of weddings and international events professionally, since she was certified in 2000. She has owned the wedding planning firm, Tracey M Events, since 2012.
You have seen Tracey giving expert wedding advice on television, in most wedding magazines and major newspapers in Canada, the United States and across the Caribbean. She has written articles for Today’s Bride and her weddings and events are regularly featured in media outlets around the world such as Elegant Wedding, EventSource.ca, The Wedding Opera, Wedding Obsession, Poptastic Bride and Partecipando.

Daniela Caputo, WPICC
For nearly three decades, Daniela Caputo and her company Montreal Event Planner has been the go-to authority, because of her wealth of experience and expertise.
She has developed a reputation for professionalism in various aspects of planning, from client services and project management to marketing, event execution, negotiations and sourcing, putting her at the forefront of event planning in Montreal and beyond.
Daniela is regularly featured and interviewed in industry publications such as The Event Planner magazine. Given her expertise and reputable success, Daniela was invited to teach various courses on event planning at as well as speak for a number of school boards.
Daniela is our newest instructor, she joined the WPIC team of Instructors in 2014.

Janis Martinello, WPICC, DWC
Janis owns the successful wedding planning company Brocade Events, which she operates full-time.
In addition to being certified by WPIC in Wedding Planning and Destination Wedding Planning, Janis has a diploma in Business Management from SAIT Polytechnic and has experience as a Manager in the corporate sector.
Janis has worked with WPIC for a few years, with her former role being the WPIC Regional Representative Manager. It was her role to facilitate and manage WPIC’s “Regional Representative Program”, providing educational and professional networking opportunities for our WPIC Alumni.
She has had her work featured in Weddingbells and The Wedding Ring magazines, and has been interviewed and featured in articles by The Huffington Post, Toronto Star, and Wedding Trends Magazine.

Paras Mehta, WPICC
Paras Mehta is our Wedding & Event Designer Certification Instructor.
Recognized as one of Canada’s top talents in event design, Paras is the creative force behind Paras Events, creating highly stylized and luxurious social and corporate events internationally for the most discerning of clientele. Paras is known for his calm demeanour, sophisticated design aesthetic, and commitment to each and every client.In just over a decade, Paras has garnered the acclaim of the Canadian Events Industry. He was awarded his first Canadian Event Industry Star Award at the age of 24 and a year later at age 25, was named ‘Event Designer of the Year’ by the Canadian Wedding Industry – one of the highest achievements in wedding design in Canada. Paras was recognized as the 2016 ‘Wedding Professional of the Year’ for his portfolio of work and contributions to the Canadian Event Industry and more recently, ‘Wedding Designer of the Year’ by the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada for 2017 and 2018. Paras Events is a past winner of the Brampton Outstanding Business Achievement Awards and is currently a ‘Consumer’s Choice

Sue Morris, WPICC
Sue is our Barbados-resident WPIC Instructor. She owns and manages, Essemm Events Communication Inc. and Soulmates Barbados. She is a seasoned corporate and social events practitioner who specialises in event production, marketing, training and business development.With over 10 years of experience she has planned a varied range of multi-cultural, Caribbean and destination weddings in Barbados. She currently sits as the Chair of the Romance Product Club (Destination Weddings & Honeymoons) for the Barbados Hotel & Tourism Association and was awarded the President’s Award for Best Product Club Initiative in 2012.
Sue has been an instructor with WPIC since 2012.

Cassandra Worrell
Cassandra is WPIC’s Office Administrator. The former Executive Assistant to the Director of the Navy League of Canada, Ontario Division, she brings over 7 years of Administrative experience to the table with expertise in scheduling and correspondence. Cassandra’s expertise in data management systems and project coordination make her an invaluable asset.
With a degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Toronto, and a diploma from Seneca College (Law Clerk), Cassandra brings with her a diverse knowledge and education. Her administrative experience includes four years at the Scarborough Court House and at a large law firm where she served as the Lead Administrative Assistant and supervised a staff of 5.
In her spare time she loves travel, dance and read. She also has a passion for Carnivals and Costume design. She takes part in Caribana in Toronto and the Crop Over Festival in Barbados.

Cristalyne Seegobin Gulati-WPICC, DWC, TICO
Part of our Administration staff, Cristalyne is truly what you would call a Jill-of-all-trades! She comes from a Fashion Design background and has worked with various local and international designers participating in runway shows and charity events with her collections.She is also involved in several family owned businesses including Automotive, Indian Bridal Clothing and Real Estate as their Operations and Marketing Manager. It’s no surprise that she has multiple skills and connections in many different industries!Her favorite business however is weddings! She started her own Wedding Planning company, Cristalyne Celebrations, in late 2014 and offers clients a more “couture” style planning process where she designs the whole wedding based on the couples themselves. She focuses primarily on Destination and Fusion Weddings and offers custom décor services where nothing is ever duplicated. She hasn’t forgotten her Fashion roots however and can still help South Asian Brides design their very own one-of-a-kind Wedding Outfit for their special day!
