Brides and Grooms absolutely treasure the photos taken at their wedding and many couples like having the photos their guests capture at their wedding festivities.
Forget the disposable cameras on every table, rent a Canditto!
The bride and groom can plug a Canditto into any regular socket at the Reception Venue and guests can insert their camera memory cards in to upload all the photos they took in the last 8 hours for the bride and groom!
The unit automatically saves the photos to two USB Flash disks (included) ensuring the couple has a backup of all the photos.
The $450 rental fee includes all shipping to and from the rental centre. A great deal if you consider all the photos the couple will get that they may never see otherwise.
What a great idea!

This is such a fabulous idea.
I think guests would love to be able to contribute to the couples wedding photos.
I imagine a lot of couples would love to see their wedding their guests eyes.

This is so neat! Definitely an awesome idea. I know I’ve been asked to send the bride and groom photos from previous weddings that I have attended, and its always a pain trying to zip the files down small enough so that they can receive a few at a time! This would totally eliminate this issue! Even to save some of the rental costs, just having one or two of them placed on the gift table, or near the guest book I think would work out!
Great idea!

This is great! If you are an Event Coordinator or Banquet Hall Manager, they also offer huge discounts that allow your hotel to keep the Canditto for an extended period of time (as long as you have 6+ clients that will benefit from it).
I have not personally used their product, but they responded to my email inquiry and called me within a few hours. They were very helpful and followed up after the phone call with an e-brochure.
I will mention it to my clients for sure!

This is definitely a great idea. As some of you know, I LOVE photos. Guests will always capture incredible moments that the bride and groom would have missed.
Last June for my wedding, I had the MCs announce at the beginning of the reception that if anyone took any photos that day, make sure they go see “my friend* before they leave so that he can take their memory cards and transfer the photos to his laptop… that way, hubby and I just have to get the photos from 1 person instead of all our guests. And we would have photos of most of our guests (since photographers will probably not be able to get shots of every single guest). AND this is all for free! No need to rent a $450 machine!
I am so glad I did that because there were so many wonderful shots and good memories (without being a pain and bugging my guests after the wedding).
Your clients would love you for making this suggestion, just make sure there’s plenty of free memory on the laptop you will be using to transfer the photos.
