It has been a long time since we have been able to hold in-person learning. We have really missed the interaction and optimal learning that our in-person classes provide.
Cue the confetti!
With that being said, we are so very excited to share that on Saturday, February 19th and Sunday, February 20th, 2022 we will be holding our first in-person course in almost two years at the WPIC office.
P.S. It’s also Tracey’s birthday, so we will celebrate together 🙂
Register: WPIC.ca
Only 10 students will be accepted for this session to allow for a comfortable distance between students and instructors.
Co-founders, Danielle Andrews and Tracey Manailescu will be teaching this course. The decor for this class will be sponsored by our friends at Event Rental Group and designed by Tracey M Events
*Please note: This class will be professionally photographed by Rosetta Li Weddings
A course for training and certification in Wedding Planning, Consulting, and Coordination. This course is both for those entering the wedding industry and for higher education for wedding professionals. The course is made up of lectures, industry speakers, group work and home-study. A course textbook will be provided, but it is designed to be enhanced by the student’s own note-taking. Therefore, the textbook helpfulness is determined by the student themself.
2 Days of In-class Instruction + In-class Project + 2 Weeks Home Study + Final Exam = Certification
How does this differ from the regular certification course? The course is the same World-renowned and respected content as our regular Wedding Planner Certification course, but it is delivered in a boutique setting, full of flowers, beautiful decor and inspiration.
From a past Boutique-edition student: “I wanted to once again thank you both for an amazing experience this weekend at the WPIC boutique course. It was truly an inspiring and motivating session! I will be honest in saying I was a bit skeptical coming into the course. I was not sure how much I could really learn about such an intensely detailed profession and industry, in a matter of two days (plus two weeks). Coming out of the course, I can now say that I am a huge believer and advocate for the WPIC certification. Every detail of the course is so well thought out and well delivered.
You had me enthralled every moment of the last two days. What you have been able to build and accomplish through WPIC is an amazing testament to the passion you ladies both have for the industry. Not only does the course provide participants with a very knowledgeable and tangible understanding of the industry, but it also ensures to strengthen the credibility and demand for professional wedding planners, thereby strengthening the security of the industry for years to come.
Thank you for the experience. Thank you for further validating my wanting to enter this industry. Thank you for being strong female business icons. For me, it is no longer can I do this but determining how best to make this into a reality.”-Maryam Ali
