This past Sunday, something special happened at Bayview Golf and Country Club and if you were in the room, you felt it the moment you walked in.
Our WPIC Mob Wives Lunch & Learn wasn’t just an event, it was an experience.
From the very first arrival, the energy was undeniable. Every attendee showed up ready to play the part, and then some. Leopard prints, leather, faux furs… the room was dripping in personality, confidence, and a whole lot of style. It’s safe to say we’ve never seen so many bold fashion statements come together so perfectly. Everyone brought their A-game, and it set the tone for the entire day.
We kicked things off with a site visit of the stunning property, giving planners a chance to explore, connect, and envision future events in the space. From there, the fun really began. Each guest received their very own Mob Wives nickname, instantly breaking the ice and adding a playful layer to the networking that followed.
Lunch was nothing short of fabulous. Served Italian-style, the menu was fresh, vibrant, and meant to be shared, exactly how great conversations should be. Bellinis, martinis, and wine flowed effortlessly, creating that perfect balance of relaxed luxury and celebratory spirit.
And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, we were surprised in the sweetest way. Sabrina of Funfetti Cakes created a show stopper cake, AND two stunning Mob Wives–themed cakes (including a gluten-free option), and we took a moment to celebrate Danielle of WPIC Inc. and Allison of Velare Rentals with a heartfelt, and very lively round of “Happy Birthday.” It was one of those moments that reminded everyone why community matters so much in this industry.
Then, as always, we got down to business.
The conversation shifted into meaningful, forward-thinking discussions about working with Gen Z clients, the trends we’re collectively ready to leave behind, and what it truly means to step into your role as CEO of your business. It was honest, insightful, and exactly the kind of dialogue that pushes our industry forward, working smarter, not harder, and doing it with intention.
Of course, no Mob Wives event would be complete without a little extra flair. The Photo Booth by Mirror Mirror Activations kept the energy high all afternoon, with a themed backdrop that had everyone stepping fully into character capturing the confidence, fun, and camaraderie that defined the day.
One of the standout moments came when Vinincia Strachan took the stage to award the Best Dressed guest. The prize? A three-night stay at Viva Resorts in Grand Bahama. The winner, Amoi Leon, absolutely owned the moment, and the look.
By the end of the afternoon, one thing was clear: this was more than a Lunch & Learn.
We networked.
We shared ideas.
We celebrated each other.
And yes, we conquered the day.
To everyone who attended, contributed, and brought this vision to life, thank you. Your energy, your openness, and your willingness to show up fully is what makes the WPIC community so powerful.
We loved our parting gift of Housemade Mob Wives Granola!
Until the next one… stay bold, stay brilliant, and always bring a little attitude.
