WPIC Visits Studio Sposa
Last Thursday, the staff of “The Wedding Planners Institute of Canada” (WPIC), were whisked away by limousine to a private viewing of Studio Sposa. Denise Georgiou, Danielle Andrews Sunkel, Kim Choy, Angelina Raykova & myself, Tracey Manailescu, were able to view first-hand why this special little luxury boutique in Kleinburg, has such a big reputation.

The Wedding Padlocks of Russia
There is a sweet tradition in Russia. On their Wedding Day, the bride and groom attach a padlock, engraved with their names and wedding date, to a bridge or “the Padlock Tree” and then throw the keys into the nearest river or lake.

WPIC Featured Wedding Planner of the Month:
Jolyn took the WPIC course in 2004; it was one of the first WPIC courses offered in western Canada. She had educated herself with American wedding consulting courses but the stats and data never fit her local demographics, so she wanted some Canadian content.
