Nothing says fun in a small town, more than a cute little country wedding. We had so much fun brainstorming ideas for this shoot and when somebody brought up, “You guys should do a country themed photo shoot,” we knew we could not resist.
Country weddings are not only simple, but they are extremely romantic and fun. We knew that with Edson being a small town with some of that country feel, it would be perfect to help showcase some of our ideas.

Shelley Whitnack and her daughters from Simply Beautiful Events for creating an outstanding table set-up and decor fit for a country wedding. Leslie Miko for creating a beautiful country inspired bridal bouquet. Megan Jesse from Photography By Megan, her outstanding work through out the whole day helped to capture some of the most amazing photos that we have ever seen. Danielle Valliere for taking a large amount of time out of her day to throw together an amazing hairstyle fit for a beautiful bride. In addition, to her amazing skills in the make-up field. We also need to send out a huge thank you to Gary & Dorothy Kowalchuk. They supplied several props for the country shoot as well as the beautiful location, their front yard.
A huge thank you and round of applause needs to be sent out to the beautiful Sarah Burgess. When I called my friend up a week before this was set to take place and told her “We are doing a styled bridal photo shoot.” She was so excited for us and then I mentioned to her that “Sarah, we would love it if you modelled.” She was a little skeptical at first as she had never modelled before and was not sure if she would fit the part. However, out of all our friends we knew that she would fit the role perfectly. In the end, she was able to fit us into her crazy busy schedule and not to mention she was still willing to go through with it even when she found out what the weather was going to be like. Thank you so much Sarah, you looked absolutely breathtaking! I have to admit when we saw these pictures for the very first time we were floored.
