Bubbly Bars are similar to your Martini & Margarita Bars, but made with Champagne for that luxury, high-end feel. There is truly something special about Champagne.
It's used for toasting a newly wed couple at a wedding, the birth of a child, a graduation or anytime a celebration is in order. It was just a matter of time before someone came up with a Bubbly Bar.
Fact: True Champagne is expensive.
Champagne is a sparkling wine produced by inducing the in-bottle second fermentation of the wine to effect carbonation. It is produced exclusively within the Champagne region of France, from which it takes its name. ~Wikipedia
F.Y.I -To create a similar type of Bubbly Bar on a budget, Sparkling wine is the cheaper version of Champagne, and can be found at any liquor store for $10-$40 CDN.
