A pre-wedding photoshoot can be a great way to show off the couple’s personality before walking down the aisle and tying the knot in front of all their loved ones. Whether you are an event industry professional or a personal wedding planner, here are a few ideas to make a pre-wedding photoshoot fun and memorable for the engaged couple!

Show off the couple’s personalities

The first thing to do is to incorporate the couple’s personalities into the decorations. Make sure that you communicate with them well in regard to what they envision for their pre-wedding photoshoot.

Think about the ways to incorporate their favorite memories and things in the theme and decorations. Do they prefer something light and airy, or are they more of a minimalist? Do they have a lot of art, or does their wall space go untouched?

Are there certain colors that make them happy, or do they just always seem to clash when put together in one room? These are questions worth answering before getting started on decorations for any event because they help set the tone for whatever it is that’s going on in that space. You can also highlight the couple’s contrasting personalities. Take the extra challenge to put together contrasting themes for a memorable photoshoot!

Go for balloon garlands

Add some fun props

Adding props is a fun way to make your theme stand out. For example, if the couple is having an outdoorsy wedding, perhaps you could add a basket of flowers or a vase with flowers on the table.
