On Wednesday, August 15, 2018 we had an amazing evening of “weducation” at the WPIC office. TravelOnly representatives came by to discuss, “Adding Travel to Your Wedding Revenue”. Opportunities exist for WPIC alumni to join the TravelOnly team and we invited our alumni to hear how.
We had three incredibly knowledgeable speakers for the event:
WPIC alumni, Wayde Salmon of Gateway Getaways had the topic “Do as I Say, Not as I Did”. Wayde provided so much honest feedback on things he wished he had done differently when starting his travel business, and he also shared how he found success with adding travel to his wedding revenue. Congrats on all of the success!
Sinthia Gawlak, Senior VP Sales & Marketing of TravelOnly and Kim Hills, WPICC, Business Development Manager, of TravelOnly shared how to become a travel agent with TravelOnly and how to generate additional revenue by booking romance travel for your family, friends and wedding clients…Oh, the possibilities!
*The event was captured by our friend and talented destination wedding photographer Manuela Stefan Photography.
The evening was put together and hosted by the co-founders, Danielle and Tracey of The Wedding Planners Institute of Canada. A HUGE shout out to Caren Beauty or providing our professional makeup for the evening!

Wow! What a complimentary service you can offer as a wedding professional. I know there are tons of millennial who prefer one-of-a-kind experiences than the traditional wedding. Destinations weddings is a growing trend!
