The WPIC Wedding Awards is a program created to celebrate the achievements of the global community of certified professionals trained through The Wedding Planners Institute of Canada Inc. (WPIC).
With more than 10,000 WPIC Alumni worldwide, the awards provide an opportunity for planners, designers, and coordinators to showcase their work and compete for top honours among their peers.
The 2025 WPIC Wedding Awards were open to any WPIC Alumni located anywhere in the world, provided they were in good standing. Submissions were based on weddings and editorial work completed during the 2025 wedding year, with eligible events taking place between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.
This year’s competition was truly international. Our esteemed and impartial panel of judges had a difficult task ahead of them, reviewing exceptional submissions from across Canada, Italy, Jamaica, Antigua, The Bahamas, Barbados, and Dubai, showcasing the creativity, diversity, and professionalism that define the WPIC community.
From seasoned planners and designers to rising stars in the industry, each nominee and winner represents the very best of our profession. One of the most inspiring moments of the evening was witnessing colleagues cheer each other on, celebrate accomplishments, and genuinely support fellow professionals.
It was a powerful reminder that the wedding industry thrives when we lift one another up.
Every award presented told a story of resilience, creativity, collaboration, and commitment to excellence.

The WPIC Wedding Awards continue to highlight the exceptional work being produced by our alumni around the world and reinforce the importance of education, professionalism, and community within the wedding industry.

The WPIC Wedding Awards is a program to celebrate the achievements and allow the over 10,000 Alumni of The Wedding Planners Institute of Canada Inc. and The Wedding Planners Institute of Coordination Inc. to showcase their work and compete for top honours among their peers.
