Danielle Andrews, BA (WPIC Co-Founder)
Recognized as one of the “Top 20 Most Fascinating Women in Events” by Canadian Special Events Magazine, Danielle is a seasoned certified wedding consultant, coordinator, and planner with an illustrious career spanning over more than two decades.
Danielle has been a certified wedding consultant, coordinator and planner since 2000. She has owned and operated The Wedding Planners, and coordinated hundreds of weddings and international events since that time.
You have seen Danielle giving expert wedding advice on countless television shows such as Canada AM, Breakfast Television, Good Morning Canada, to name just a few. She has written articles for Today’s Bride and has been quoted in most wedding magazines and major newspapers in Canada, the United States and across the Caribbean. Weddings and events she has worked on are regularly featured in media outlets around the world such as Style Me Pretty, Elegant Wedding, Munaluchi Bride, Today’s Bride, and Bride in Italy.
With an international perspective, Danielle’s portfolio spans the globe, as she has planned weddings, events and conferences in Canada, Colombia, Mexico, The Bahamas, Barbados, Turks & Caicos, Jamaica, Italy, and Ireland.
In addition to her hands-on event planning, Danielle is a dedicated educator, imparting her wealth of knowledge through WPIC courses and nurturing the talents of future wedding professionals. Tracey Manailescu (WPIC Co-Founder)

As the Co-founder and Vice President of The Wedding Planners Institute of Canada, and the President of The Wedding Planners Institute of Coordination, Tracey’s expertise extends across North America, the Caribbean, and Europe. Her valuable insights on weddings have graced numerous platforms, making her a trusted source of advice. Monica Caesar is an award winning, full-time destination wedding planner and the owner of Aisle Plan Your Day based in Edmonton, Canada. Monica has been an Instructor for the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada since 2009, and trains & certifies wedding planners across Canada and throughout the Caribbean & Mexico in local and destination wedding planning.

Monica travels the world sharing her experiences & expertise and her work has been featured in numerous international publications. Her extensive travel attending industry conferences, reviewing hotel properties, private wedding venues and wedding packages allows her to stay up to date with the latest industry trends and build an extensive network of top industry professionals worldwide.
Daniela Caputo, WPICC
For nearly three decades, Daniela Caputo and her company Montreal Event Planner has been the go-to authority, because of her wealth of experience and expertise.
She has developed a reputation for professionalism in various aspects of planning, from client services and project management to marketing, event execution, negotiations and sourcing, putting her at the forefront of event planning in Montreal and beyond.
Daniela is regularly featured and interviewed in industry publications such as The Event Planner magazine. Given her expertise and reputable success, Daniela was invited to teach various courses on event planning at as well as speak for a number of school boards.
Daniela joined the WPIC team of Instructors in 2014.
Radhika Graham, WPICC
Coming to us from Victoria, BC, Radhika is not only our newest instructor, but she is also an Administrator for WPIC, she marks all of the English assignments for our online courses.
Radhika (or Rad for short) founded Rad Occasions in 2015 and it’s been an amazing journey ever since! Her passion for making memorable wedding events has evolved into a full-service company with a team of five, including her husband, Rob. As a certified planner and a lifelong romantic, she prides herself on going the extra mile for the couples she works with – whether it’s folding 500+ paper cranes or running Olympic sprints to save bouquets from stormy weather.
Favourite Things: wedding cake, wine, beautifully written vows, curling up with my husband after we’ve wrapped another rad event.
Paras Mehta, WPICC
Paras Mehta is our Wedding & Event Designer Certification Instructor.
Recognized as one of Canada’s top talents in event design, Paras is the creative force behind Paras Events, creating highly stylized and luxurious social and corporate events internationally for the most discerning of clientele. Paras is known for his calm demeanour, sophisticated design aesthetic, and commitment to each and every client.In just over a decade, Paras has garnered the acclaim of the Canadian Events Industry. He was awarded his first Canadian Event Industry Star Award at the age of 24 and a year later at age 25, was named ‘Event Designer of the Year’ by the Canadian Wedding Industry – one of the highest achievements in wedding design in Canada. Paras was recognized as the 2016 ‘Wedding Professional of the Year’ for his portfolio of work and contributions to the Canadian Event Industry and more recently, ‘Wedding Designer of the Year’ by the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada for 2017 and 2018. Paras Events is a past winner of the Brampton Outstanding Business Achievement Awards and is currently a ‘Consumer’s Choice

Sue Morris, MA, CMP, WPICC
Sue splits her time between Barbados, and Toronto.
She is an event manager and owner of Essemm Events & Communication Inc.
She is also a part-time instructor at Centennial College in the School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts. She was certified with WPIC in 2009.
She is a certified meeting professional (CMP) and has also completed a Masters of Arts in Creative Events Management from Falmouth University. She is also a self-professed wedding and event trade show fanatic.
Sue has been an instructor with WPIC since 2011.
