The course is made up of Lectures, Interactive displays, PowerPoint presentations, Group work and Home-study. A Course Manual will be provided, but it is designed to be enhanced by the Student’s own note-taking. Therefore, the manual helpfulness is determined by the student them self.

Final Certification Exam
The Final Certification Exam is web-based and can be completed from any computer.
The student will have 120 minutes to complete the Exam. There are 80 questions drawn randomly from a pool of 120 questions. The Certification Exam is worth 40% of your Final Grade and must be passed with an overall mark of 60% or higher.
