The course is made up of Lectures, Industry Speakers, Group work and Home-study. A Course Manual will be provided, but it is designed to be enhanced by the Student’s own note-taking. Therefore, the manual helpfulness is determined by the student them self.

Teaching Aides:

  • Interactive Do’s and Don’ts Table: Students must choose which is correct/incorrect , proper etiquette, etc. The table is designed to surprise the students and leads to several anecdotes. An experience few could forget!

The Final Certification Exam is web-based and can be completed from any computer.

You have 120 minutes to complete the Exam.  There are 80 questions drawn randomly from a pool of 120 questions.  The Certification Exam is worth 40% of your Final Grade and must be passed with an overall mark of 60% or higher.
